Here we are in 2020 reeling and dealing with a serious pandemic, and so I hit the books and participated in an on-line herbal workshop and learned a little more about healing with medicinal plants and teas. Stay Calm and Heal was developed with guidance, as an immunity building tea especially for strengthening, healing and protecting the lungs, with three plant roots added. I also added freshly ground cinnamon bark to the mix as a warming spice, and suggest if you like it, to add more when you brew this up. I dropped a cinnamon stick into a brewing pot of Stay Calm and Heal tea and it was strongly cinnamon and delightful to sip as I worked in my studio.
Herbs: Stinging Nettle, Mullein, Lemon Balm, Echinacea Root, Astragalus Root, Ginger Root, Spearmint and Applemint, Elderberry and blossom, and Cinnamon Bark
